Fees for Notarial Acts:
- Witnessing or attesting a signature – $10
- Taking an acknowledgment or a verification upon oath – $10
- Certifying or attesting a copy – $10
- Administering an oath or affirmation – $10
- Certifying that an event has occurred or an act has been performed – $10
*Mobile Notary Fees: Appletree Mobile Notary charges a minimum fixed rate trip fee of $25 plus the notarial fees. Locations that are beyond a 10-mile radius from our location will be charged an additional $2 per mile.
Example 1: If you are located 10 miles or below from our location, you will be charged a minimum trip fee of $25 plus the notarial fees.
Example 2: If you are located 15 miles from our location, you will be charged a minimum trip fee of $25 plus $2 per mile beyond the 10 miles plus the notarial fees.
$25 + (5 miles x $2) = $35 Trip Fee
